Pak Army ICTO: Eligibility Criteria:-
The criteria to join Pak Army as ICTO Captian is given below:
1- Educational Requirements:
Here are some requirements for education.
- The education of 18 years required MS/MSC in the mentioned degree with a minimum 2.5 CGPA.
- 1 or 2 ERP/Software Development Projects.
- The candidate must have 1 or 2-year experience in the Geography Information System (GIS)/ Information Security tasks comprising System Management and NW/ Software Development/ Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP).
- The candidates must have an expert in PHP, DOT net, JAVA, and other related technologies.
Qualification Criteria:
Candidates who want to join Pak Force as ICTO can join the following job positions.

- BS-Hons in Computer Science
- BE System Engineering
- BS-Hons in Information Technology

2- Academic Requirements:
Here are some academic requirements.
- The candidates have 16 years of education from the institutes that are affiliated with HEC/PEC.
- The candidates must have a minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 CGPA or 62.5% marks.
- The candidates must have 2nd division or C grades all over their educational history.
- Also, the candidate must complete their 4-year degree program in Engineering that is described above.
- The candidate must be graduated from HEC/PEC-recognized institutions or PEC-recognized foreign universities.
- The candidate will get a preference for who is MS/MSC qualified and also has work experience of almost 2-3 years.
- The candidates who have been rejected twice by the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) can still apply to PMA or equivalent Naval/Pakistan Air Force (PAF) courses.
- Candidates who also have been rejected for PMA long courses or other relevant courses and have also been rejected for entry to postgraduate courses can apply a second time only for postgraduate courses.
- The candidate can similarly register themselves by applying for the “Hope Certificate” that is attested by the Head of an institution. Such candidate must submit their final degree transcript by 15 September 2023, or else there will be no consideration of their final merit.
Pak Army ICTO: Registration Process:-
Pak Army provides two easy ways for candidates to register themselves.
1- Register Using the Internet ( Apply Online):
The candidates can also register themselves online by visiting the Pakistan Army Official website which is www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. For this, you must enter your E-mail address so that important information such as the date sheet, exam date, and timing, etc will appear on your entered E-mail.
Also, the important thing is the candidate must know about working on the computer.
2- Registration at Army Selection Centers:
If the candidates do not have access to the internet or face any problem registering via the internet so do not worry you can also register by visiting the Army Recruitment & Selection Center (AR&SC).For this, you must take your required documents and prospectus fee when you go for your registration.
Pak Army ICTO: Selection Tests:-
The candidate must give their tests for their selection in Pak Army as ICTO Caption.
1- Intelligence Test:
The first test is an intelligence test that is based on MCQs from their academic syllabus.
Accordingly, the academic test will be taken at Army Recruitment & Selection Center (AR&SC).
2- Medical Test:
The next test is a medical test that is also taken at Army Recruitment & Selection Center (AR&SC).
3- Physical Test:
The next test is a physical test. The candidate must pass their physical test that is given below:
- Run the 1.6-kilometer distance in 9 minutes.
- 10 repetitions of Sit-ups in 2 minutes.
- 10 repetitions of Pushups in 2 minutes.
- 10 repetitions of Chin-ups in 2 minutes.
ICTO Selection Interview:
This is the last phase of selection if the candidate successfully passes their previous test. In this phase, you will call for an interview. The interview was held at General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi. If you also pass their last phrase successfully then you are selected.
Documents Needed For AS&RCs:
The following documents must be required for AS&RC.
- Attested photocopies of all your certificates/ degrees along with original certificates/marks sheets.
- Government employees must present a No On Objection Certificate from their institute.
- Attested photocopy of domicile.
- Photocopy of computerized National Identity Card and NADRA verification slips.
- Six attested colored photos.
- Crossed postal order for RS 100.00 in favor of Director General Personnel Administration (DGPA), General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi.
Additional Information:
The candidate will get Basic Military Training at Pakistan Military Academic PMA Kakul.
If the candidate passes their six-month training session successfully then they can pass out as Captian. The candidates who were selected can also get a monthly remuneration of almost 35,000 from the Pak Army during the candidate training session and after that, they will pass as a Captain.
